You can access these settings in the Settings application under the On-line marketing -> Contact management -> Inactive contacts category.

Inactive contacts

- Do not delete inactive contacts - the system does not automatically delete inactive contacts.
- Delete contacts who were not active for the last X days - the system deletes contacts that were inactive for at least a specified number of days. Specify for how many days the contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted in Last X days setting.
- Delete contacts without an email address that were not active for the last X days - the system deletes contacts that do not have an email address (anonymous visitors) and were inactive for at least a specified number of days. Specify for how many days the contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted in the Last X days setting.

Last X days

Specify for how many days your contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted automatically. This setting is only taken into consideration when the Delete contacts who were not active for the last X days or Delete contacts without an email address that were not active for the last X dayssettings are enabled.
The minimum value is 10 days.
